Artwork
New embroidery designs will need to be set up using the Embroidery Tool on CBICentral. The following file formats are accepted: .JPG, .EPS, .TIF, or .DST (pre-digitized). After you submit your logo request, a digitized version will be created and sent back to you for approval within 48 hours. Your artwork is proprietary and will not be copied or recreated for any use other than your order. As soon as your digitized logo is approved, a sew-out sample will be created and shipped to you via UPS Next Day Air at no charge.

Order Requirements
All initial orders will be subject to a one-time fee which covers the handling and set up of the logo. A full credit will be issued for this logo fee if the order exceeds 11 units. Orders not processed within 45 days of set up or logos that require 2 or more adjustments causing them to be re-digitized do not qualify to receive credit back. Re-orders of the same logo will not incur this fee when under 11 units.

Fold and Bag
There is no charge for individually folding and poly bagging garments. Please let us know if you prefer to have your order folded and bagged in bulk. Other requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur a charge.

Returns
After you approve your sew-out sample, only garments with manufacturing issues will qualify for a Return Authorization number. Embroidered garments without defects cannot be returned. For more information, please refer to our full return policy on CBICentral.

Cancellation Policy
We start processing embroidery orders as soon as they are submitted on CBICentral. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care
(800-283-7272 ext. 3) as soon as possible. Although we cannot guarantee a cancellation, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pricing
